Tariff

The tariff for Merman Cottage, Tigh Dubh and Braevalla Chalets is as follows. Weekly rentals operate from Saturday to Saturday. 3 night weekend short breaks (Fri / Sat / Sun) and 4 night mid-week short breaks (Mon - Thurs) are negotiable where indicated. If the break crosses these days then the charge will be for a full week.

A deposit of £100 per week is payable on booking. 
The balance is due six weeks prior to arrival.
There is a £10 per week charge for dogs, cats and budgies are free!

5% discount will be given for two consecutive weeks booked rising to 10% for three or more (reduction only applicable outside of high season rentals).

As an assurance of the quality of all our accommodation, we are happy to offer a full refund if, on arrival, you should have reasonable cause for dissatisfaction with any aspect of the properties, their location or advertised features.
